Prof Caeyenberghs leads the formation of a global collaborative effort across TBI neuroimaging researchers, the ENIGMA Brain Injury working group (http://enigma.ini.usc.edu/ongoing/enigma-tbi/). ENIGMA is a framework for global collaborative meta-analysis; I co-lead ENIGMA’s group focused on moderate/severe pediatric TBI (http://enigma.ini.usc.edu/ongoing/enigma-tbi/enigma-pediatric-mstbi/). Existing tools for processing MRI data from pediatric TBI patients are insufficient, a limitation that we aim to address. In collaboration with the researchers involved, this project is currently developing a tool (“P3- personalised pathology profiles”) that will have utility in clinical practice.
