The purpose of this study is to explore whether CoDeEndo (online modular supportive care program) is effective in improving outcomes such as quality of life, pain, and mental health for people diagnosed with endometriosis. This online intervention can be delivered in a way that adapts to each participant’s needs and interests (i.e., by choosing which modules to engage with).
This project is supported by a MRFF (NHMRC) Clinical Trials Activity Grant.

What does the research involve?
Eligible participants will be randomly allocated to either the Waitlist Group or the Intervention Group. Waitlist participants will be given access to the CoDeEndo program after 6 months. Intervention participants will be given immediate access to the CoDeEndo program. Some participants may be invited to participate in an individual interview to provide feedback on their experience of the program.
The CoDeEndo program is an online, self-directed intervention with 9 modules co-designed with consumers and experts in the field. These include Education, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Physiotherapy, Dietary, and Relaxation. Modules contain a combination of video, audio, and written content, and self-reflection tasks.
